Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.earthabitats.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. FREE standard shipping anywhere within continental USA, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany and Italy. Please allow for 2-8 days of delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Flat $5 shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses as well.

Expedited 2-day shipping option available at $7 shipping fee. 2-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany and Italy.

Priority next-day shipping option available at $12 shipping fee. Next-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Earthabitats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States, United Kingdom and Spain. We are working hard on making more countries available!
